Irresistibly Perfect by J. Saman

Swoony, steamy, and peppered with drama, Irresistibly Perfect is so incredibly romantic. Greyson is the seemingly playboy rockstar who’s way more than he seems, and Fallon is the newly single pediatrician whose life has basically just imploded. They’ve been friends since they were teenagers, but for most of that time it’s been in secret, since her family doesn’t at all approve of her having any sort of interaction with him. There’s a ton of history between them, but for the last three years they haven’t spoken (her call not his). However, when Fallon finds out the sort of man her properly pedigreed fiancé really is, she’s finally off on the adventure of a lifetime in more ways than one. Will Greyson and Fallon ever be able to truly be more than long-lost friends, or will others continue to be in the way?

Greyson is an absolute doll! Like at first, I assumed he was going to be this too-cool-for-school rockstar, but he’s not at all! I mean he’s definitely got that cool vibe, but he’s so much more than what he might seem. I love when the guy falls first, and the way Greyson’s always fiercely cared for Fallon is just about the sweetest, swooniest thing ever. I fell in love with his character completely.

Then there’s Fallon, and she’s totally relatable. There’s something so real about her character and her insecurities and worries that makes her the perfect heroine to root for. I adore the way this author especially writes the women in her stories, and Fallon is yet one more example of a multilayered and endearing character.

Irresistibly Perfect is another wonderfully written book in this series, and if you love contemporary romance then you’re not going to want to miss it. I can’t wait to see what Saman does with Callan’s story next!
