Mine to Love by Natasha Madison

I don’t know how, but every book in this series just gets better and better. Mine to Love is emotional but sweet and peppered with angst. The book begins with Bennet and Presley already in a sort-of relationship. It’s been going on for years, but they’ve never put a label on whatever it is, and things have just gotten that much more complicated with a certain test coming up positive. Trouble is that while Bennett is head over heels for her, Presley has a sort of relationship/marriage PTSD from witnessing what’s gone on with her family. Will Bennett be able to get her to see reason and realize what he’s already known for ages, or will Presley just continue to get in her own way?

These characters are everything! I’ve been in love with the whole family, but Presley is absolutely my favorite of the siblings. I adore how complicated and cheeky she is, and the fact that things aren’t exactly simple makes her seriously endearing. And Bennett? SWOON! His character is genuine and sweet and charming, and I loved every bit of him. Together, they have this amazing dynamic that I couldn’t get enough of.

Add in Presley’s siblings, and we get what makes this story even more funny and brings in a touch of lightheartedness to what could otherwise be incredibly dramatic. The banter between the siblings is pure comedy, and I love that in this book (and the entire series) these secondary characters help propel the plotline forward. Without them, the book would still be good, but with them? This is a romcom at its finest.

All I can say is that if you love romance like I do and want a book that will make you fall in love with the characters, then you need this book. It’s a must read, and I can’t wait to see where this series goes from here.
